FAQ's

How do I keep the water clean?

Always keep the all-weather cover on when not in use, to help prevent any debris falling in!

We recommend changing the water once per week without any additives.

When you drain the water from your Tub, to extend the life of your next
fill, we recommend washing the inside surfaces with warm soapy water.

Can I use Epsom Salts in my Ice Bath?

Yes, its fine to add Epsom Salt to your ice bath, there are some really good reasons why you would want to!

Espom salts are safe to use, and may have health benefits by supplementing your magnesium levels, but chloride salts (e.g., table salt, road salt) are not safe to use.

My tub won't inflate!

Please see the full explanation below on how to use the double valve and how to fix the valve pin.

My tub is leaking!

The most common cause of the tub leaking is the stopper at the bottom of the tub is not fully inserted, please check where the water is coming from and make sure the stopper at the bottom of the tub is fully pushed down tight.

Another common cause is the drain tap not being screwed on enough make sure the tap is screwed on tight and the rubber ring is fitted to prevent leaking. If you still have issues with leaking please contact us straight away. info@norvida.co.uk
